Inferno Hot Pilates - H.I.I.T workout

This high energy class uses body weight exercises and tabata protocols. created by Gabbi Walters, Inferno Hot Pilates builds strong bodies with simple exercises.

Ghosh Yoga - Effort & Ease

From the yoga lineage that created the 26&2, Ghosh Yoga emphasizes health in the body & stillness in the mind.

Characterized by its use of stillness during & immediately following yoga postures. The Ghosh Yoga system of tension & release emphasizes relaxation between periods of effort.

This class is designed for both beginners and intermediate practitioners.

Warm up your body with therapeutic movements.  Focus your concentration with balancing postures.  Build strength in your spine, legs and abdominals.  Class will end with simple breathing exercises to calm the mind and body.
